    Your Voice Matters: Vote April 9-24 in State Bar Elections

    Help set the direction and policies of the State Bar of Wisconsin by voting in the upcoming elections. Look for your email ballot soon. Here's more about the candidates and what you need to know to cast your vote.

    April 8, 2026 – This month, State Bar of Wisconsin members elect a president-elect, a secretary, a Judicial Council representative, district governors, and division and section officers and board members.

    How to Vote

    All State Bar elections (including for State Bar divisions and sections) will be held via an email ballot in 2026, starting April 9, 2026. The election closes at noon Central time April 24, 2026. State Bar members with no email address on file will receive paper ballots. Paper ballots will be mailed April 8, 2026.

    Please note: If you have placed any holds on emails from the State Bar, you may not receive an electronic ballot. Contact Customer Service at (800) 444-9404 to verify that your account is set up to receive your email ballot.

    The winning candidates assume their offices on July 1, 2026, the first day of the new fiscal year. For general information on State Bar elections, see the elections page on WisBar.org.
