Winn S. Collins, U.W. 2003, is the 2004 recipient of the Hon. Charles Dunn Author Award, presented annually by the State Bar Communications Committee. His article, "Looks Can Be Deceiving: Safeguards for Eyewitness Identification," appeared in the March 2004 Wisconsin Lawyer. The award will be presented at the Volunteer Lawyers Recognition program, held during the State Bar's annual convention, on May 4, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
