If the e-newsletter is listed and you still aren't receiving the email, check your email's Spam Folder to verify that the email has not been marked as Spam. If you don't see it in this, it's likely that it's being blocked at a higher level. Talk to your local IT people to see if it's being blocked by your corporate network or your company's Internet Service Provider.

You can also whitelist the State Bar of Wisconsin to ensure you receive your e-newsletters.

How can I assure that I will receive the e-newsletter?

Each e-newsletter is sent from a 'wisbar.org' email address. Refer to the top of your e-newsletter for instructions and it will list an email address to add as a contact or safe sender. This will prevent the e-newsletter from being filtered into your local Spam Folder.

While we cannot offer technical support for your email client, all newsletters are also available online via a browser or a text version is also available by contacting Technical Support.

The e-newsletter I received doesn't look right. What should I do?

Often email clients will not load images until you give it permission to do so. Adding the sender to your safe sender list or simply clicking on Download Images in your email client may resolve this issue. Otherwise, we suggest going to the Web version of the e-newsletter for optimal viewing.
