What does this role actually do?
In short? You’re the person who helps the business navigate legal risks with confidence while keeping contracts moving.
In a typical day, you’ll:
- Draft, negotiate, and review contracts for global business units
(This is the heart of the role – about 60–70% of your time) - Partner closely with business teams to provide practical, thoughtful legal guidance
- Answer questions, spot risks early, and help teams move forward with clarity
- Jump into new or emerging areas of law when they come up (because they always do)
- Take ownership of your work while collaborating with leadership

What we’re looking for (Top 3)
- Solid contracts experience
You have hands‑on experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts, whether from a law firm, in‑house role, or a mix of both. - Strong foundation in contract and core commercial legal principles
You understand the fundamentals and know how to apply them in real-world business situations. - A “bring it on” mindset
You’re willing and eager to take on whatever comes your way, learn unfamiliar areas of law, and tackle emerging issues.

- Experience working with or supporting teams in other countries
