DeWitt LLP is seeking a Litigation Associate to join our Green Bay office. Work alongside experienced partners on a variety of civil litigation matters, including business, construction, and other complex disputes—while building your own client relationships and professional network.
What You’ll Do:
- Support litigation matters from research through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Participate in discovery, depositions, and court proceedings
- Collaborate on case strategy and client service
- Engage in networking and business development
What We’re Looking For:
- J.D. + Wisconsin Bar admission
- 1–5 years of litigation experience (clerkship a plus)
- Strong writing, research, and communication skills
- Interest in growing a long-term practice in Green Bay
Compensation & Benefits:
- $110K–$135K + bonus opportunities
