The ideal candidate must have an interest in bankruptcy, insolvency and transactional law, strong writing, research and analytical skills. The position offers training and mentorship in our area of practice, hands on client interactions, significant trial/advocacy skills training, all in a boutique firm environment at one of the state's premier bankruptcy firms, with offices in Milwaukee, Oshkosh and Madison, representing primarily debtors, including work on complex insolvency proceedings, negotiations, and transactions.
