The ideal candidate will have experience conducting and defending depositions, handling mediations, engaging in motion practice, and trial experience. A broad range of defense experience—spanning personal injury defense, wrongful death claims, and insurance coverage—is preferred. Strong drafting and negotiation skills are required. This position includes close collaboration with supervising attorneys.
