About the Opportunity
The McLario Firm is seeking a client-focused associate attorney who is eager to gain meaningful courtroom experience and work directly with clients across a wide variety of legal matters. The ideal candidate will bring strong legal knowledge, professionalism, and a commitment to client advocacy, along with the ability to maintain organized, competent, and compassionate representation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients
- Develop legal strategies, negotiate agreements, and advocate for clients in court
- Provide ongoing legal support and collaborate with supervising attorneys
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Draft legal documents, correspondence, and reports
- Maintain a high-volume caseload with accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications & Experience
- Active license to practice law in the State of Wisconsin (required)
- Ideally, 5 years of experience preferred in one or more of the following areas:
- Family Law
- Landlord/Tenant
- Criminal Defense
- Guardianships
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong time-management, organizational, and computer skills
- Willingness to meet personally with clients and manage cases independently
- Professional demeanor, integrity, and commitment to exceptional client service
Compensation
- Salary: $60,000 – $140,778 per year, based on production

Schedule & Work Environment
- Standard 8-hour shift, Monday–Friday
