Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation (minimum of 1–5 Years)

Mallery s.c. is seeking an associate attorney with minimum of 1–5 years of experience to join our Milwaukee office and work in a sophisticated civil litigation practice. This position offers hands-on responsibility, client contact, and courtroom experience in a variety of matters, with a particular emphasis on commercial property tax appeals, as well as business, commercial, civil, and personal injury litigation.
Position Description
The associate will be involved in all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, trials, and appeals. The position is ideal for an attorney who enjoys advocacy, values high-quality legal work, and is interested in developing a long-term litigation practice in Milwaukee.

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Minimum of 1–5 years of civil litigation experience preferred
- Admission to the Wisconsin State Bar (or ability to obtain promptly)
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
- Professional judgment and strong communication skills
Compensation and Benefits
Mallery s.c. offers a competitive base salary in the range of $70,000–$105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, CLE support, and bar dues.
