About the Role
Miller & Miller Law is seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney with a minimum of four years of practice, including substantial experience in immigration court. We are looking for a skilled, compassionate advocate who thrives in a collaborative environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to immigrant communities.
This position is a hybrid role: you’ll spend part of your time working remotely and part of your time in-office with our team. Court appearances will be required as scheduled. Many hearings are set on the West Coast, so flexibility with time zones is important.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in removal proceedings and related court appearances
- Review and manage family-based immigration petitions
- Collaborate with our legal team to provide high-quality representation and support
- Maintain the highest professional and ethical standards in all client interactions
What We’re Looking For
- Active law license in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction)
- Minimum 4 years of immigration law practice
- Strong experience in immigration court litigation
- A passion for immigrant rights and justice
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $90,000 – $120,000+ (commensurate with experience, plus discretionary bonuses)
- Bonuses: Quarterly bonuses, often exceeding $20,000+ annually
