Schmoldt Law Office, LLC is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual to work at a fast-paced boutique firm. Primary areas of practice include Estate Planning, Elder Law, Business, and Real Estate. An ideal candidate would have a paralegal degree and/or experience working at a law office or title company, experience with WealthCounsel, as well as familiarity with recording documents with various Wisconsin counties.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
✔ Drafting and Recording Deeds
✔ Data Entry
✔ Printing and Preparing Documents
✔ Assisting with Client Communications
