About the Role
We are seeking a confident and experienced Family Law Attorney to independently manage a diverse caseload and provide leadership to a legal team. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, client-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality representation in all areas of family law.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of family law cases, including divorce, custody, support, and property division
- Conduct client consultations and develop legal strategies tailored to client goals
- Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and agreements
- Represent clients at hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
- Provide oversight and guidance to legal staff, paralegals and legal assistants
- Maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication
- Stay current with Wisconsin family law statutes and legal precedents
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin (in good standing)
- 3+ years of dedicated family law experience
- Proven litigation and courtroom skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
- Commitment to client advocacy and case resolution
