The candidate should have at least three years of experience that preferably includes prior labor contract negotiations, client counseling on labor relations and labor law matters, grievance arbitrations, union organizing campaigns, and matters before state agencies and the National Labor Relations Board. Excellent academic credentials, as well as strong research and writing skills are also required. A portable book of business is also preferred, but not required.
