The law firm of Peckerman, Klein, & Van Kirk, LLP seeks a highly motivated and organized associate attorney or partner with at least three years’ experience in family law. Depending on time in practice, partnership is also an option. Responsibilities include client communications, reviewing case files, research, drafting pleadings, assistance with discovery, court appearances, and significant client contact. Training and mentoring will be provided. Possible ownership opportunities exist in the future and this position has excellent growth potential. Must have excellent organizational and communication skills, research and writing skills, and be comfortable in a courtroom setting.
