We are currently seeking a litigation attorney who preferably has at least two years of experience. In this position you will directly communicate with clients, prepare pleadings and discovery, attend hearings, mediation, and trial, and assist on litigation files from inception through completion.
In addition, we are seeking a transactional attorney with at least four years of experience who focuses in corporate/business law and/or real estate law including mergers, acquisitions, real estate development projects, contracts, and commercial lending.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
