Husch Blackwell LLP, a national law firm, has an immediate opening for a Healthcare Regulatory Associate with three to five years of experience. The candidate can be in any of our offices, but there is a preference for Madison, Denver, or Jefferson City. The ideal candidate will have experience with healthcare contracting and regulatory compliance, including the federal False Claims Act, the federal Anti-Kickback Statute and the 60-day Repayment Rule. In addition, experience in the hospice and palliative care sector is desirable. Prior law firm or in-house experience is strongly preferred.

The candidate must have top academic and professional credentials, strong organizational and written/oral communication skills, superior judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Candidates should have an active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which they are applying or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.
Pursuant to Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the compensation range for this position in Denver only is $175,000 to $195,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Associates are eligible for an Associate Performance Bonus and Client Development Bonus. In addition, employees receive a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, and vision.
