Husch Blackwell, a national law firm, has an immediate opening for a Corporate Associate with three to seven years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a general corporate and transactional law background, with experience in the formation of business organizations, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial contracting. Experience with venture capital and early stage companies, including private offerings, is preferred. The successful candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Financial Services & Capital Markets industry group. Although Milwaukee is the preferred location, this position can be filled in any of our offices or in our virtual office, The Link.
The candidate must have a strong academic record, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a team, superior judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. We look for dynamic and entrepreneurial individuals with varied backgrounds, interests, and experience for a diverse candidate pool. Candidates should have an active bar license corresponding with the office to which they are applying or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.

Pursuant to Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the compensation range for this position in Denver is $180,000 to $200,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Associates are eligible for an Associate Performance Bonus and Client Development Bonus. In addition, employees receive a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, and vision.
