How you will contribute:
You will perform a key role in our legal team by leading and executing general liability quality assurance projects. You will work directly with internal stakeholders and external customer across multiple business units to contact customer’s regarding quality assurance work, assisting in scheduling this work and documenting the completion of the work. Each contact will be unique. Initially, this role will focus on managing this large project that will require strong problem solving, attention to detail, and effective communication. Additionally, as time permits, you will get exposure to and assist as needed in reviewing, negotiating and executing contractual agreements and other legal issues. You will report directly to the General Counsel.
This Is What We Are Looking for:
You will need to have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school, bar admission and recently graduated or have 1-2 years of legal experience. We are looking for a strong problem solver who excels at task closure. You should be comfortable handling multiple tasks at the same time and prioritizing these tasks. Being proficient in Microsoft Office and a fast learner will be essential. You can stand out above other candidates by demonstrating the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service, possessing strong written and verbal communication skills, and being able to execute tasks with detail will be crucial.
