Fitzpatrick, Skemp & Butler, LLC currently seeks an Associate Attorney to focus on personal injury, workers’ compensation, and civil litigation. This position will be responsible for independently handing all stages of personal injury, workers’ compensation, and civil litigation, including pre suit investigation, intake, negotiation, interrogatories, depositions, pre-trial motions, mediation, pre-trial hearings, administrative and jury trials.
