The Federal Defender is accepting applications for the position of Paralegal for our Marquette branch office. The Paralegal will provide full-time services including case preparation and file management. Duties may also include some field investigation and assisting in the presentation of evidence in court. To qualify, the applicant should have a college degree or paralegal certificate and three years of paralegal or equivalent experience.
