Boutique estate planning and administration firm seeks attorney with a minimum three years’ experience to draft wills, trusts, probate documents, advanced directives (including advanced planning), and residential real estate transfer documents. Will also assist with extensive probate and trust administration work. Background in Medicaid planning, finance, accounting and tax desirable.
Attorney will focus on high-quality, personal client representation. Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, and be able to work with other professionals (i.e. trust officers, CPAs, investment advisors). Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office.
