We are seeking a full-time Assistant General Counsel to join our team in the Fargo, ND office (willing to consider other locations for the right candidate). You will assist the legal department in providing legal counsel and advice to AgCountry personnel; review and assist in the development of AgCountry policies, procedures, projects and documentation; provide focused and specialized legal support to the producer credit, agribusiness, capital markets, and consumer lending functions; and provide legal support to the special credit department and monitor corporate litigation activities.
If you are a team player; have an undergraduate degree and a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school; three or more years of private practice and/or corporate legal experience; and a significant background and experience in agricultural and commercial lending transactions, apply today!
