The ideal candidate will have experience handling all facets of a file, from opening the file to drafting discovery and briefing, preparing for and attending depositions, research and trial preparation. Superior writing and communication skills, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects and the capacity to work effectively with a team, articulating legal strategies and courses of action are essential.
