Stroud, Willink & Howard, LLC, seeks an experienced trusts and estates attorney to join its well-established and busy estate planning and probate practice. The ideal candidate will be capable of taking immediate responsibility for estate, trust, and probate files, should possess strong writing, analytical, and communication skills, and should be able to work collaboratively.
Experience with general business/corporate matters is a plus. A book of business is welcome but is not required. Stroud has first-class office space on the Capitol Square and in Mt. Horeb and offers a collegial work environment and competitive salary and benefits.
