Walny Legal Group is a boutique estate planning firm, serving clients nationally. We work with clients on their estate planning and asset protection needs, as well as estate administration. This work typically includes drafting and implementing estate planning documents as well as probate and trust administrations.
We have an immediate need for an estate planning attorney based in our Waukesha County office. The ideal candidate would have the experience and ability to immediately take on cases independently. We are looking for an entrepreneurial attorney who is capable of further developing the practice and expanding our client and referral base. An existing referral network is a plus.
All candidates should have excellent written and oral communication skills, a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively. You must be detailed-oriented and comfortable with technology.
