Milwaukee law firm seeks attorney to join creditors’ rights team. Experience with commercial and residential real estate foreclosures, commercial loan work-outs, litigation and bankruptcy preferred, but not required. Familiarity with loan and security document preparation, real estate title defect issues and construction lien and bond claims would be a plus. Position available immediately; however, start date is flexible. This position affords the right attorney an opportunity to take on an individual caseload, show legal abilities and progress to a very responsible position with an AV-rated law firm.
