Steinhilber Swanson LLP is seeking an associate attorney with a minimum of two years of experience for its Bankruptcy and Bankruptcy Litigation practice group. Research and writing skills are critical, and the work is always interesting as we attract cases from around the state primarily referred due to the financial complexity and nature of the engagements. You will be a key member of a growing specialized law firm that has offices in Oshkosh and Madison, with nine attorneys plus staff. The position will be located primarily at our Oshkosh office and the work will focus primarily on debtor representation in complex financial restructurings, some receivership work and related areas of the law.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the practice areas of bankruptcy, workouts and commercial litigation and demonstrate excellent verbal communication, research, writing and analytical skills. Applicants must have a willingness to expand their knowledge in complex bankruptcy and commercial litigation and have a desire to build his or her career at our firm. You will work closely with partners and clients and become an integral part of our team and the legal community. Most importantly, you will enjoy the practice of law.
