July 23, 2025 – LEX Reception, a virtual legal answering service, is now available through the State Bar of Wisconsin as a new
member discount program.
LEX Reception has over 12 years of experience helping firms connect with their clients.
“Studies show that 80% of callers who go to voicemail do not leave a message. These could be valuable leads – we ensure no opportunity is missed with potential clients,” said Skylar Worthington, Operations Director at LEX Reception.
Receptionists are available 24/7 to answer calls, handle client screening and intake, schedule consultations, and more.
“The calls are answered by a real person, and our receptionists are highly trained to act as an extension of your firm,” Worthington said. “Many of our receptionists have worked with law firms in the past, and LEX receptionists receive comprehensive training and answer hundreds of legal calls every day, so they’re fully prepared to handle new client queries with confidence.”
They offer services for clients in English and Spanish. “And our receptionists are trained to handle and maintain client confidentiality,” she said.
Their services are customized to the needs of each firm. “We'll work with you to understand exactly what your firm needs from a reception service. Tell us what call flow you need, whether you're looking for a 24-hour answering service or after-hours cover only, and what call volume you expect.”
“We are happy to collaborate with the State Bar of Wisconsin and provide their members with services that will give them more time with their clients and doing productive work,” Worthington said.
