Dodd
Want to improve your cross-examination skills? In this August 27
State Bar CLE seminar video replay, attorneys Roger Dodd and Larry
Pozner _ two of America's most popular CLE lecturers _ present
courtroom-tested techniques and strategies that transcend the type of
litigation at issue. Whether your case is civil, criminal, divorce, or
commercial law, these techniques work.
Winning Your Case with Killer Cross-examination
Techniques will teach you a whole new way to try a case _ one
that integrates cross-examination with every step of the trial process.
Through the use of practical examples, you will learn how to phrase
questions to block witness evasions, create fact-sensitive sequences of
questions, psychologically dominate hostile witnesses, compel admissions
on the key points of your cross, and use a hostile witness's own words
to create a devastating cross-examination.
This full-day program, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., has been approved for up to
