Aaron E. Alt, Harvard 1997, has been promoted to 
senior vice president - corporate development at Sara Lee Corp., 
Chicago. He previously was vice president and senior corporate 
counsel.

Sinderbrand, U.W. 1978, have joined Axley Brynelson LLP,

Tim Kiefer, Harvard 1998, a U.S. Department of State 
foreign service officer, has been transferred to the U.S. Embassy,

Kevin King, Oklahoma City 1977, has become general 
counsel for the Wisconsin Realtors Association. He previously was 
executive vice president of the Realtors Association of South Central 
Wisconsin.
Ann M. Meyer, San Diego 1989, has joined the West 
Bend City Attorney's Office as an assistant city attorney and focuses on 
prosecution and collection cases. She previously was with the Ozaukee 
County District Attorney's Office.

John A. Griner IV, Drake 1984, and R. Scott 
Ritter, Marquette 1975, have been promoted to practice group 
leader at Nada K. Sizemore & Associates, Brookfield, the Wisconsin 
staff counsel office of the St. Paul Travelers Insurance Co. Griner 
leads the worker's compensation team, and Ritter leads the liability 
team. Nada K. Sizemore, Pace 1981, is new managing 
counsel for the office. She previously managed the company's southern 
Connecticut office.
Nicholas J. Vivian, Hamline 2003 magna cum laude, 
has joined Eckberg, Lammers, Briggs, Wolff & Vierling P.L.L.P., 
Stillwater, Minn., as an associate and focuses on business and municipal 
law. He previously was with Bakke Norman, New Richmond.
Eido M. Walny, Boston Univ. 2001, has joined Schott, 
Bublitz & Engel s.c., Brookfield, as an associate and will continue

J. Mark Wilkinson, Tulsa 1998, has joined the 
Richardson, Texas, office of Haynes & Boone LLP as an associate and

Corneille Law Group has opened a branch office at 
325 W. Jefferson St., Green Bay. Leading the office is Mark 
Budzinski, U.W. 2000, who focuses on general liability, medical 
malpractice, and construction litigation. He recently rejoined the firm 
after serving with the Marines in Iraq.
Appointments, Elections
Betsy J. Abramson, UW, 1981, has been appointed to 
the American Bar Association's Commission on Law and Aging. Abramson has 
been involved in public interest law for the elderly for more than 20 
years, has served on three Legislative Council committees involving 
elderly issues, has represented the elderly on issues before the 
Wisconsin legislature, and is an advisor to the State Bar's Elder Law 
Section.
The Association of Women Lawyers of Brown County has elected the

Distinguished Service Award from the State Bar's Alternative Dispute 
Resolution Section for his volunteer efforts in representing the section 
as amicus curiae before the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and Supreme Court 
in Borst v. Allstate Insurance Co. He is a shareholder at
