Supreme Court Rules: Reciprocity for Tribal Lawyers, Evidence Rules Changes
Supreme Court adopts evidence rule changes on specific instances of conduct, prior convictions, bias, and the “rule of completeness.” Tribal lawyers are now recognized for purposes of “reciprocity” admission, based on years in law practice elsewhere.
