    June 4, 2025 – From the latest trends in patent law to discussions on artificial intelligence, the State Bar of Wisconsin Door County Intellectual Property Academy offers two days of presentations on the forefront of intellectual property law.

    The 19th annual Intellectual Property Academy is July 17-18, 2025, at Sturgeon Bay's Stone Harbor Resort & Conference Center.

    The Academy provides a strong framework for lawyers just starting in the intellectual property field and is perfect for veteran lawyers who want updates on the ever-changing world of IP.

    The IP Academy offers two days of presentations and networking opportunities – and a chance for relaxation.

    Topics this year include:

    • AI and Data Security;

    • Ethics in Intellectual Property;

    • Patent Litigation Funding;

    • Insights from In-House;

    • Name, Image, Likeness; and

    • Trademarks and Technology.

    Up to 9.0 CLE credits including 1.0 EPR credit will be applied for this workshop.
