On Dec. 17, 2025, the Board of Bar Examiners, by its director Jacquelynn Rothstein, filed a rule petition asking the court to amend Supreme Court Rules (SCR) 40.04 and 40.14, relating to the administration, content, and fees for the Wisconsin Bar Examination.
ORDER ISSUED: Jan. 16, 2026
DISPOSITION: Public hearing scheduled for Thursday, March 12, 2026, beginning at 9:30 a.m. The court's open administrative conference for the matter will be held the same day, following the public hearing.
