LawtonCates, S.C., is looking for an attorney to join our firm to work in consumer protection litigation team. Areas of litigation include automobile dealer fraud, Lemon Law, debt collection litigation and defense, foreclosure defense, vehicle repossession claims and similar matters. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience with litigation, including trial work, and a background in consumer law; however, LawtonCates will provide training and education for the right candidate. Lateral attorneys are welcome and encouraged to bring their book of business with them.
