Husch Blackwell, a national law firm, has an immediate opening in Milwaukee for a Corporate Associate with minimum of three years of experience preferred. The ideal candidate will have a general corporate and transactional law background, with experience in the formation of business organizations, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial contracting. Experience with venture capital and early stage companies, including private offerings, is preferred. The successful candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Financial Services & Capital Markets industry group.
The candidate must have a strong academic record, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a team, superior judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
