As an associate, you can expect to be involved in all aspects of litigation, including court appearances and trial work. You’ll have substantial client contact, the opportunity to take depositions, work on case strategy, briefing, oral arguments and, if you’re really lucky, document discovery. Most of our litigators also have a transactional practice, which we believe makes us better lawyers. We value candidates who are also interested in learning and developing a transactional practice in addition to litigation.
