Candidates must have a demonstrated interest and a minimum of eight years of in-house or law firm experience in legal issues pertaining to health care operations including: physician and hospital contracting, affiliation, joint venture and integration transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and vendor contracting, including digital health solutions technology providers. Experience with data privacy and security is a plus. Qualified candidates will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, strong verbal and writing skills, solid academic credentials, and a passion for client service.
