The State Bar of Wisconsin’s Media-Law Relations Committee provides resources to increase understanding and cooperation among the media, lawyers, and judiciary.
- Wisconsin Lawyers’ Guide to the News Media – The reference manual explains the constitutional rights of the media and the practical ways news-gathering organizations function.
- Wisconsin News Reporters’ Legal Handbook – The handbook explains such fundamentals as court procedures and legal terminology, fair trial and free press principles and guidelines, and the Wisconsin rules governing electronic media and still photography coverage in courts.

- A videotaped presentation of Peter Fox, executive director of the Wisconsin Newspaper Association, offers insight on how to deal with news media interviews.
