Supreme Court
appoints 18
to district investigative committees
The Wisconsin Supreme Court has made 18 appointments
to district investigative committees that are part of the lawyer regulation
system. The new members are:
District 1 (Kenosha area): John P. Higgins, DePaul 1977, of counsel
with Guttormsen, Hartley & Guttormsen, Kenosha.
District 2 (Milwaukee): Thomas A. Cabush, U.W. 1992, a litigator
with Kasdorf, Lewis & Swietlik S.C., Milwaukee; Donald G. Doro,
a deputy chief in the Milwaukee Fire Department; Edward A. Hannan,
U.W. 1976, the founding partner in Hannan, Siesennop & Sullivan, Milwaukee;
and Sheryl A. St. Ores, Marquette 1976, a sole practitioner in
Milwaukee.
District 6 (Waukesha): Michael T. Mahoney, North Dakota 1983,
assistant district attorney in the Milwaukee County District Attorney's
Office.
District 8 (Eau Claire area): Douglas M. Johnson, Case Western
Reserve 1974, a partner in Garvey, Anderson, Johnson, Geraci & Mirr S.C.,
Eau Claire; Kurt W. Wood, a chiropractor and associate professor
at the College of Chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences University
in Bloomington, Minn; and Jane Szmanda Zeller, a Hudson resident
who is a consultant for an educational software company.
District 12 (southwestern Wisconsin): Rev. Lynn L. Church, pastor
of the Lancaster United Methodist Church; David B. Feingold, Chicago
1973, a partner in Feingold & Bates LLP, Janesville; Derrick A. Grubb,
Marquette 1991, a sole practitioner in Beloit; William T. Henderson,
U.W. 1968, a partner in Collins & Henderson, Beloit, and City of Beloit
municipal judge; Gayle Branaugh Jebbia, Oregon 1991, a sole practitioner
in Dodgeville; Patrick K. McDonald, St. Louis 1976, a partner in
McDonald & Gustafson S.C., Janesville, member on the State Bar of Wisconsin's
Professional Ethics Committee; Eric D. Reinicke, U.W. 1994, Karrmann,
Buggs & Baxter, Platteville; and Kathleen J. Roelli, a real estate
broker in Darlington and owner of Kathy Roelli Realty.
District 15 (Racine): John P. Crimmings, vice president and co-owner
of N. Christensen & Son Real Estate Inc., Racine.
