Supreme Court appoints OLR investigative
panel
The Wisconsin Supreme Court recently has appointed the following to the
Office of Lawyer
Regulation's Special Investigative Panel: Suzanne E. Kitto,
U.W. 1972, Kitto Law Offices S.C., Beloit; Myron E. LaRowe, U.W.
1965, LaRowe, Gerlach & Roy S.C., Reedsburg; Francis H. LoCoco,
U.W. 1986, Quarles & Brady, Milwaukee; William Retert, U.W. 1969,
first assistant state public defender for the Fond du Lac Region; and
Ronald R. Smith, U.W. 1978, of Verona, a real estate developer.
The panel investigates any allegations of misconduct against the OLR
director, lawyer members of the OLR staff, retained counsel, lawyer members
of a district investigative committee, referees, and lawyer members of
the Preliminary Review Committee or Board of Administrative Oversight.
