    Meyer v. School Dist. of Colby, 226 Wis. 2d 704, 595 N.W.2d 339 (1999) (recreational immunity statute applied to spectators at athletic event).

    Sawyer v. Midelfort, 227 Wis. 2d 124, 595 N.W.2d 423 (1999) (third-party action against psychiatrist allowed).

    Erdmann v. SF Broadcasting of Green Bay Inc., 229 Wis. 2d 156, 599 N.W.2d 1 (Ct. App. 1999) (public figure in a libel action includes a person wrongfully accused of criminal conduct).
