    Geske and others to host Life Planning news conference

    April 25, 2000 - Governor Tommy Thompson signed a proclamation today recognizing May 1-5 as Life Planning Week. To unveil details of the campaign, Former Supreme Court Justice Janine Geske, along with the presidents of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the State Medical Society of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Health & Hospital Association, will host a news conference in the Senate Parlor of the State Capitol, at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, May 1.

    Life Planning 2000 is statewide educational campaign to promote planning for future medical needs before personal health crises arise. Details of the statewide campaign, including information on the free "Gift to Your Family" consumer guide, will be announced at the news conference.
