    Supreme Court Adds Two Cases to Docket

    Madison, Wis. (June 7, 1999) - The Wisconsin Supreme Court today voted to grant review in two new cases. The case numbers, originating county, and issues are as follows (please note that the issue statement is cursory; to read the record on file, go to the Supreme Court Clerk's Office, Ste. 215 Tenney Building, 110 E. Main St., Madison.

    Issue: Does the mandate of the court of appeals require "specific action" (to which the right of substitution upon remand does not attach) or were these "proceedings" (in which instance substitution would be permissible)?
