    The tradition of providing attorneys and tax professionals with the most current information on taxation issues continues at this year's 55th Annual Tax School live seminar on Dec. 3, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m, in Milwaukee. Presented by experienced Wisconsin practitioners, this comprehensive program will survey the recent trends, changes, and issues in tax law.

    The video seminar is scheduled for Dec. 21 at statewide locations. This program has been submitted for up to 8.0 CLE credits, up to 1.0 EPR credits, and will be submitted for Minnesota credits. Tuition is $149 for Tax Section members, $169 for new Tax Section members, and $199 for nonmembers.

    The 28th Annual Corporate Practice Institute, on Dec. 7, 8, and 9 in Milwaukee, cosponsored for the ninth consecutive year by the State Bar, features six convenient half-day sessions focusing on intellectual property, trade regulation and mergers, modern trust administration and responsibilities, the use and risks of information technology, bankruptcy, and ethics and professional responsibility. Sessions are scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. The live seminar has been submitted for up to 3.5 CLE credits and 3.5 EPR credits for each half-day session. Tuition is: one session, $150; two sessions, $200; and three or more, $325. No passbook certificates are accepted for these programs.
