Each spring every Committee, Division and Section is asked to file an
Annual Report. These reports are due by May 30, 2004. The elements of
the Annual Report include environmental scanning and long-range
planning, in addition to reporting on the prior year. This expanded
reporting will not only aid in tracking the success of the plan, but
also take the place of a large portion of the current long-range
financial planning and budgeting process.
