    Today is last day to RSVP for March 28 debate between Wisconsin Supreme Court candidates

    March 25, 2011 – Today is the last day to RSVP to attend in-person the March 28 debate between Wisconsin Supreme Court candidates David Prosser and JoAnne Kloppenburg. The debate will be held at the State Bar Center in Madison starting at 7 p.m.

    March 25, 2011 – Today is the last day to RSVP to attend in-person the March 28 debate between Wisconsin Supreme Court candidates David Prosser and JoAnne Kloppenburg. The debate will be held at the State Bar Center in Madison starting at 7 p.m.

    The candidates will participate in a traditional debate format with opening statements, timed answers, rebuttals, and closing statements. Veteran Wisconsin journalist Steven Walters, host of Legally Speaking on WisconsinEye, will moderate the free event. A reception for the candidates and attendees will begin at 5:30 p.m.

    Space is limited, and tickets are required to attend the debate. To register, please RVSP to (608) 257-3838 or (800) 728-7788 or by email at service@wisbar.org. The deadline is 5 p.m. today.

    State Bar PINNACLE will broadcast the event live at http://www.wisbar.org/events/scdebate. After the event, view the debate on the State Bar’s YouTube channel, http://www.youtube.com/statebarofwi. WisconsinEye will also rebroadcast the event on cable systems in various communities.
