Real estate law covers a lot of ground, and so does the PINNACLE Real Estate Library

April 6, 2011 – Real estate law knows no boundaries, involving as it does such diverse topics as contracts, conveyances, covenants, construction, and condominiums. Fortunately, State Bar of Wisconsin PINNACLE™ has built a real estate library that touches nearly every real property issue. All books are written by experienced professionals, professionally edited, and regularly supplemented (annually or as needed). All books offer practical guidance to help every Wisconsin lawyer keep his or her real estate practice running smoothly.

Real Estate Transactions System covers general real estate matters; and the recently released Commercial Real Estate Transactions in Wisconsin offers a more targeted look at buying, selling, and managing business property, there is. For condominium issues, there is the Wisconsin Condominium Law Handbook and its companion volume, The Drafter’s Guide to Condominium Documents. Because no real estate exists in a vacuum, PINNACLE also offers the recently updated and expanded Wisconsin Law of Easements and Covenants.

Still other books discuss related matters such as environmental issues (Environmental and Real Estate Law, volume two of the Wisconsin Business Advisor series), financial matters (the Construction Lien Law Handbook), and condemnation (the recently released Condemnation Law and Practice). Finally, the relevant statutes are compiled in the Real Estate and Real Property Codebook.

All these books are available in print, and all but the codebook are available online via Books UnBound™, the State Bar’s subscription-based library of PINNACLE publications. In the Books UnBound edition, users can link directly to primary case and statutory law through Fastcase™. As with all PINNACLE books, purchasers who subscribe to the State Bar’s auto-supplementation service will receive future print updates for 10 percent off the regular update price. Annual subscriptions to Books UnBound start at $129 per title and $649 for the full library of 59 titles (single-user prices; call for firm pricing).
