May 27, 2011 – State Bar PINNACLE™ announces the addition of four new libraries to the Fillable Forms Bank. The new libraries offer nearly 600 forms in the areas of civil litigation, business law, appellate law, and estate planning and probate law. The new forms are downloadable in Word and WordPerfect formats. They join four other libraries of criminal defense, elder law, family law, and real estate law forms.

“You can be confident in the accuracy of the forms you download because they have been developed by the same respected attorneys who write the award-winning brown binders,” says PINNACLE Director Bill Connors. “Fillable forms maximize your efficiency – you produce the result your clients want and free up your time for other priorities.”

    About the Fillable Forms Bank

The Fillable Forms Bank incorporates hundreds of forms, sample language documents, and checklists generated from State Bar PINNACLE Books, organized into practice area libraries and available in up to four different file formats.

The eight libraries vary in size. Users can locate forms quickly and easily through a variety of search methods – title, description, or keyword.

The State Bar’s online Fillable Forms Bank offers the most complete, up-to-date set of Wisconsin-specific forms, sample language documents, and checklists available. Subscribers receive an email notice whenever forms are updated or added.

The forms in the civil litigation, business law, appellate law, and estate planning and probate law libraries are not available for purchase as individual forms. Forms in the criminal defense, elder law, family law, and real estate law libraries offer the option of choosing individual forms for purchase.
