April 6, 2022 – Among the many practice changes since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic is the increased need for online notary services that ensure notarizations are accurate, authentic, adequately preserved, and resistant to tampering.

A new State Bar of Wisconsin member discount program​ offers a solution for members at a discounted rate.

eNotaryLog (eNL) is a remote online notarization (RON) and eSignature platform designed to simplify the digital signing process while maintaining an exceptional level of security around the transaction.

eNotaryLog is on the List of Approved Technology Providers for remote online notarization maintained by the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions.

Two Options for Online Notarizations

eNotaryLog offers two discounted online notarization options for State Bar members.

Option 1: One-off Notarizations. eNotaryLog provides access through the State Bar website for all members to have a document notarized. These services are available 8 a.m. to midnight Eastern Standard Time seven days a week. A licensed and bonded eNL notary connects with the signer in an online notary room and notarizes the document uploaded through the website. Access to the notarized document is available immediately following the session. Members receive 10% off the session fee via a discount code.

Option 2: Organization Platform Access. For members with a consistent number of monthly notarizations, eNotaryLog provides access via an organization account. This access enables your firm to notarize documents using either your own notaries or the eNL notaries.

Platform adoption includes a dedicated Client Success Manager, training, onboarding, and ongoing customer and technical support. eNotaryLog also provides storage of notarized documents and audio-video recordings for up to 10 years. Members using this service are entitled to a 50% discount of the one-time onboarding set-up fee.
