Attorneys at Ruder Ware recently posted a blog article, providing updates on the Small Business Administration (SBA) Paycheck Protection Program (PPP).

The authors note that on June 16, the SBA issued a revised PPP Loan Forgiveness Application along with updated instructions.

“The update in large part reflects the changes made to PPP by the Paycheck Protection Program Flexibility Act of 2020, enacted on June 5,” write Mary Ellen Shill, Amy Ebeling and Benjamin Streckert, who explain the criteria borrows must satisfy to use the “EZ” form. “The new form can be found here, and the new instructions can be found here.”
